The term “media streamer” applies to any device that can access online streaming services to stream content to your TV. Our boxes work similarly to a smart TV and are an affordable option for consumers looking to ditch the cable subscription.
Like a smart TV, they’ll help you stream content that isn’t broadcast live on cable, allowing you to play your favorite titles and take a break for snacks. However, not all media streamers are created equal: options like the Google Chromecast will require a smartphone or tablet to access content with the Formuler GTV, unlike Amazon Fire products and Roku Streaming Sticks. Keep in mind that most media streamers simply help you easily access your favorite streaming services in high definition, and sometimes you’ll still need to pay for subscriptions separately, or use free apps like GEM or Tou.tv
NO. We do NOT sell ANY SUBSCRIPTIONS or any type of IPTV subscription. We are only the distributors of Formuler smart boxes. What you do with them afterwards is not our responsibility.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and instructions on how to use the number. Please let us know if you have any difficulty tracking your order.
Depending on the shipping method, your geolocation and order time, the order normally takes 2-5 business days after shipping to arrive at your doorstep. If you haven’t received the order for too long, please check with your local post office for delivery failure. Then contact us immediately if you can’t find your order.
You can return all physical items purchased from MYFORMULER.COM within 15 days. But be careful: to complete the return, the item must be in its original packaging with a resalable condition (i.e. perfect). In this condition, the shipping costs will be deducted if MYFORMULER.COM has to provide a return shipping label. All electronic products can only be returned once the package is opened unless the product is defective upon arrival (with dated evidence). The customer must prove that the product is really defective with a video. Before starting the return process, please read the return policy and make sure that the product can be returned. Then, contact us to request the return.
If the return is not due to a defective product upon arrival or our own error, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee.
The customer returns the box to the address 3335 Rue Jean-Talon E, Montreal, QC H2A 1W6 and gives us the tracking number (important: add the signature option please) 2. Upon receipt of the box, we perform a factory reset, speed test etc. and global tests for a minimum of 7 days. 3. A. If the box is deemed defective, we will change it and send a box at our expense B. All Formuler media streamers connect to the internet, opening up a world of limitless entertainment possibilities. Popular video services like Netflix are offered pretty universally, while others like YouTube, Flickr, and Google Play may need to be downloaded during setup. With the right media streamer, you’ll be able to stream HD videos, share slideshows, play music, and access the internet from the comfort of your living room.

We currently ship products to most areas of Canada and USA. However, we do not ship any orders to PO boxes.
Our limited warranty applies to all products purchased from MYFORMULER.COM through this website. This warranty is for 12 months and covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the period. Please note that our warranty does not cover problems caused by conditions, malfunctions or damages not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. For example, physical damage to the exterior or interior part.
Before claiming the warranty, please review the answers above. If the product you purchased from MYFORMULER.COM is covered by the warranty, contact us through our contact page to start the warranty process. ATTENTION: Before using the product, read the instruction manual carefully and follow the manual to assemble, use and store the product.
Yes, you can get a full refund if you cancel the order before the shipment has been made. You will get a partial refund: that is, a full refund minus the 10% restocking fee and the return label shipping fee for products returned under our own warranty.

Formuler devices can be customized by device sellers, installers or service providers.
Private logos and background images as well as portal service URLs can be pre-configured.
In case the device you have is configured and you want to access to some locked feature,
you will need the pin code to reset the configuration.
💡 HOW TO
- Contact the seller, installer or provider whoever you get the box from and ask for the pin and instruction to unlock.
- If it is not possible to get a pin, the only solution is a manual factory reset. Please refer to following article and try factory reset.
If you are unable to install the MYTVOnline+ application from the Google Play Store, you can easily download the APK straight to your mobile device.

BEFORE PARING
- Verify that you turned off bluetooth on your other electronic devices which you paired with it before.
- If possible, clean all pairing list from your bluetooth device(refer to your device manual).
- Compatibility issues may occur, depending on the Bluetooth device.

- Go to Home > Settings > System
- Select “Device Name”, which shows the name of your device
- Select “Custom Name” and set a new name for your Formuler device (Home > Settings > System > Device Name > Custom Name)

- Go to Home > Settings > About
- Select “Device Name”, which shows the name of your device at the top of the list
- Select “Change”, scroll down to “Enter Customized Name” and provide a new name for your Formuler. (Home > Settings > About > Device Name > Change > Enter Customized Name)
Troubleshooting
Remote interference issue is known and found that it happens with some soundbars, HDMI splitter and TVs.
💬 Below devices / models are some of those.
Unfortunately, there is no best way to mitigate IR interference if other devices happen to use the same IR codes. 💡 However, here we have some possible workaround to try.
⚡ To eliminate the issue completely, We are keeping enhancing FORMULER software quality and developing more advanced devices. One of the options can be “GTV-BT1” Bluetooth remote. Please find Formuler sellers around you in case you want to purchase and check GTV-BT1 Remote guide here.

- Turn the device off which causes IR interference while using your FORMULER
- Physically separate them; – Try to use IR extension cable in some way so the interference can be managed – Block IR receiver sensor of the device if the situation allows
- Download and use remote control app on your mobile phone
- Use other alternative remote devices If possible; – Use a Bluetooth remote (check if your device has Bluetooth) – USB wireless keyboard remote or Air mouse.

💡 Please follow the steps below in order to troubleshoot.
- A. Check if the iOS version on your iPhone is up to date.
- Go to settings > General > About on your iPhone.
- The current latest version of iPhone is iOS 14.1 (As of the writing of this article – November 5 2020)
- B. Update to the latest iOS version on your iPhone.
- On your iPhone, Go to Settings > General > Software Update > Automatic Updates.
- Your iPhone will then automatically update to the latest version of iOS overnight when it’s plugged in and connected to Wi-Fi.
- C. Try to connect your Formuler device to the iPhone WiFi hotspot according to the steps below.
- Restart your Formuler device. Press and hold the power button on the Formuler remote and select “Restart”
- Turn on the mobile hotspot on your iPhone
- On the Formuler device Go to Home > Settings > Network(WiFi)
- Find the hotspot of your iPhone in Network
- Connect to the hotspot
- Enter your hotspot password if necessary
- Press “Enter” or “Next” on the on-screen keyboard to continue

💡 [Built-in Method]
- Connect HDMI cable to GTV and TV
- Use a paperclip or similar to press the recovery button inside the IR ext. port
- Hold down the recovery button with a paperclip and insert the power cord
- Hold down the recovery button until the GTV logo disappears
- Take out the paper clip and select Wipe data/factory reset on the system menu
- Select Yes then it will take you back to the first screen. Select Reboot system now.
